I couldnt use falco in brawl, he was just to different. I switched back to fox and used meta knight once in awhile.

well they do show the 3ds and wiiu logo at the end of his intro video so i guess he'll be in both games

i'm pretty sure they'll both have the same roster anyway

will be smaller on 3ds version, not on wiiu tho
