You posted the cluster fuck confusing version
http://www.zeldadungeon.net/wp-content/uploads/2011/12/Zelda-Timeline1.jpg
This is the version with more details on the raw timeline on the era and how the zeldas fit in.
Time isnt one-way the adult timeline is happpening at the same time as child timeline (Think, OOT ganon is defeated in the future but not the past. So the future events are happening in that time line MEANWHILE)
In the childhood timeline where you return too ganon is alive and the 'real' timeline continues in the sense of being linear.
In the link failing timelike you will notice that almost all of those games are in utter chaos according to it. i'm sure you remember the snes version. When you actually think about it this time line makes very good sense.
pretty sure it was posted in page 2 but the link broke or something
also Ganon is defeated in both future and past at the end of Oot
by sending link back in the past zelda splits the timeline, there is the one she's in with no more link and the one with link once he's sent in the past
basically what happens is in the timeline where link is sent in the past by zelda is that once young again he tells the king what ganon is up to so Oot doesnt happen all over again
so ganon is defeated in both timelines
