Historically no, but the price cuts didn't come with a plethora of mainstream AA+ titles.

for half the price.
and their games sell for shit.
Microsoft makes TONS of money off of LIVE purchases and MSPoints. the PS3 and 360 sell EASILY twice the amount of games.
