Nope as i said the phoenix in gauntlet is a temporary item. the pet i'm talking about is permanent and lvl up along with you.

Yeah I was looking through pretty much all the SNES games I haven't played in my Emu (supposedly I have almost all of them [says my brother]) and haven't found anything matching the descript, I doubt its on SNES.
Are you sure its not on GBA either?
I'm not sure if I can really search Gameboy games, I know little to nothing about those as I am saving them for a really really boring summer or something Lol

E: do you know if its even an American game, like released in US? I know some are Jap only and such...

I believe it might be on some sort of gameboy console, possibly up to gba.
I know remember one of the pets name; crimson was the red dragon or dragonfly. There was also a blue,yellow and earth pet.
Edit: It most likely has been released in NA.

The game im looking for is exactly like this one. I believe the one i'm looking for is more basic though and not the same storyline at all.
But thanks though i'll find this at some point!

ill check in on this thread from time to time, the game sounds fun.
