emulator are legal if u have the game at home, and i have most of the game i play, the reason i use emulator is so i can record and play online with my friends

I am buying a flash cart now to keep backup roms, but Yes this actually isn't illegal if used as a backup copy.

Its like a policeman trying to charge you for "possession of criminal tools" for having a car lockout kit (to open car doors without keys)... its not a criminal tool unless used in a criminal matter. If its used
for legit reasons (I charge people money to get their keys out if they lock them in) then its perfectly okay.
