I have both. Modded PSP and M3'ed Ds.

DS wins hands down I fear. PSP has some nice graphics, but it's pretty much EAs motto, nice packaging, empty box.

psp is a better system and more fun to play (the games)
but ds is just a damn cool thing to have

i would say nintendo ds, you can play gba games, and ofc the games are cheaper for ds...

If you get a R4, Acekard or w/e on your DS you can listen to music, check videos and pictures and stuff that the psp does as well o.o ...
AND you get to play fun games :D
SO IMO
DS > PSP
