well from this video there standing there while casting at the same time
while the creature is not moving or attacking

that charge that guy did looks like it could be a spell as well

Get a Yoshi Costume in Mario Tennis Open

To nab this stylish outfit just sign in to your Club Nintendo account. You'll immediately see a QR code beside a picture of the costume in question. Grab your copy of Mario Tennis Open and go to the file select screen. Press up on the D-pad, then press the Start button. You'll be taken to camera mode.
