you have to remove the back cover to get to the battery which void the warranty

no it does not

i just looked at the user's manual at pages 90 and 99

page 90 explains you how to change the battery pack

only thing that's important is that the battery must be licenced by nintendo (p.99)

You can't use the circle pad pro with the battery packs that extend out of the 3ds.

some old games are worth almost double when you have the original box and the stuff that came with it

MGS snake eater, the game offers one of the most impressive 3d effect yet in a 3ds game.

The 3D really brings the jungle to life - the added depth makes everything that much more vibrant and beautiful, and lends to the feeling that you, yourself, are really crawling through that place. The light shining through the trees, the textures, it all pops on the 3DS screen, showing off how powerful this unassuming system really is. People and objects also stand out more thanks to the added depth, which makes finding people, objects and food that much easier

the battery you were talking about sticks out btw doom

http://mynintendonews.com/2012/01/24/fancy-getting-ten-hours-out-of-you-nintendo-3ds-check-out-this-battery/

there wouldnt be a battery that is the same size of the current one that would increase 10 hours from the current like 4.
