it feels fine on the gamepad and visually I usually can't tell if a game is natively 60 or not, but I don't see why it wouldn't be

kickstarter can be used to determine interest and keep in touch with the backers very easily

So far WW HD is awesome but I don't think it's running 60 fps because I get some frame rate issues when fighting on the sea. (The bombing makes it slow down partially)

frame dropping doesnt mean anything..
/e: also the game is running at 60fps, so you can all stop asking if it is
