ya after you got the filter switched on, just go back after you beat the promenade deck and you can swim to the other side and what not
really isnt too much there, but still you can get a few goodies

im workin on beatin it on norm, at like chapter 10

i cant make a new char but i can lower my lvl but then i need some low lvl guns then
