this post is a little off, aside from EA most third parties who said they had no plans for WiiU usually dont work on nintendo platforms anyway so it's not like they're ditching anything, also it's true that a lot of them announced they wouldnt support the platform but i dont think it's most of them
Now about Wonderful 101 and platinum games, W101 is paid by nintendo so it's technically a 2nd party game not a third party game, and some games actually sell well on WiiU, Disney infinity sold 33k on WiiU 58k on ps3, 79k on Wii and 83k on xbox360 (on the week prior to august 24th), it's definitely not on par with the other version but it sold pretty well considering the userbase for the console is much much smaller
