I have now made a Metronome team, I've fiddled with the pokemon on there. One of my most effective ones are the Rest/Sleep Talk Machamp and the Heal Bell/Recover Celebi

Haha not only offensive move, sometimes Revenge Killing is important

What's a good user of Toxic Spikes that doesn't nescessarily have to act as a lead and maybe has some team supporting uses?

preferably resists either Fighting, Ground, or Fire, the more the merrier

Uh... Tentacruel, for Rapid Spin, Toxic Spikes, Special wall but he's weak to Ground.
