The transactions are still pending tho it's seems I have the money in my account? Must be a glitch on my banks end.
As for the ticket still no response from Nintendo.

yea im not sure either, I usually pay for what I want using credit card and I never have a problem. and I cant figure out how you can get triple billed.

Hah, pending transactions just got refunded onto my account. And still no reply from Nintendo.

Maybe they have a way to see your problem has been resolved when you called. Anyways, you spoke with someone at nintendo and got your refund, right? What more can that email do anyways.

I'm not expecting much from the email at all. The call was what took care of the issue. I was mainly updating here so everyone can see the steps I took etc just in case someone else goes through this so they have an idea of what to expect.
