gen 6 is far easier to obtain what you want cause they gave a lot of new ways to have better chances at or even guaranteed 31s, and I think legendaries are guarenteed 2 or 3 31s so not as hard as it used to be still
i sure do need those moves. certain pokemon are completely worthless without some of them and would get 100% walled by some counters
and there are hardly any ou legendaries in gen 6
