true... the game is one of the easiest FFs imo, definetely the easiest from the pre-Sony era

I never found any final fantasies hard...

yeah ff is always prett easy

any of you tried doing a low level game with ff6? basically you dont level up until you get some good espers to level with, its possible (but really really hard) to not level up at all for a really long time

none are hard really, but some aren't that easy, games like FFVI or FFVII are candy compared to the first one

Penance from FFX was really hard though, at least for me it's the hardest optional boss out of the first 10 games



not really; although the second time I beat the game my party was around level 40-43, which is really low for most FF games, but it doesn't seem like that in FFVI... the strenght of the party relies much more on the eq, espers, relics and setup than on the acutal level of the characters

yeah the stat growth you get from espers really helps the strenght of your party, basically you can have a lvl 40 party that's much stronger than a lvl 50 party if you didnt level them up too much without espers

ffIV was pretty hard though but for all the wrong reasons (for me), every fucking place you need to go is just a huge fucking maze in a cave
you get to a point where you just dont really want to play anymore, i got to the moon and stopped playing recently

Final fantasy 4 was actually a bit harder than some of the others. Mainly due to the fact there was less healing as basically any player you chose in all of the other games could heal, or multiple could.

So... I've got this game, how hard are you guys finding it? because I can get S ranks on everything with ease except the battles on ultimate, and even then I just need a couple tries o.o

yeah its not super hard but some songs are, esp battle songs like you mentionned

i started playing ultimate right off the bat when i started playing the game cuz i had practiced with the demo but it has a decent difficulty IMO most people dont find it that easy i think

I've basically mastered one winged angel and decisive battle on ultimate, but no other battle songs on ultimate, its hard @_@

Also Does anyone even use items? I've just gone unequipped and getting that bonus every single time XD I could probably beat all of these songs with no difficulty with items on.

hahah i started without objects aswell, all songs are pretty easy with them, but it ends up making you lazy which makes for a fun challenge when you unequip them after having them on for a while ^^
