haven't found any official info on the subject but apparently Rare owns the rights of all their games except the DK games which belong to Nintendo, so yeah Nintendo can remake or put on the Wii/eShop DK64 and the DKC series

ive been hoping that they would remake or just re release dk64 on wii shop since emulators are hard to understand controls since im using a xbox controller and its telling me n64 directions
