pretty much everything exist

they aren't official, people just make them out of console pieces and then sell them for hundreds of dollars on eebay. You also have portables SNESs, N64s, Dreamcasts, whatever. There are tons of tutorial vids on Youtube, if you feel ike you've got the skills.
