next system they make will have a sticker: "warning, pressing power button may turn off power"

had nothing to do with thinking its a start button

i didnt know the power button would auto close software
thats rlly stupid seeing how it goes into sleep mode

so the save feature sux because you dont use it

if you load it back up, youre right where you left off. i fail to see a problem here ^^ REMEHMBER!!!

if you close the 3ds while playing it wont have time to save where you were -_-

if you close the game first (go in home menu and close the game from there) it will save your position

also you dont need to press the power button to have ur 3ds be in sleep mode

just close the lid when you're in the home menu
