some of the cooler animes dont require you to spend weeks and months of watching like haruhi suzumiya, death note, higurashi, shaman king, card captor sakura, kuroshitsuji. the only anime that is really long that I watch is one piece.
Short and sweet usually does better then long and out of ideas.
