edit: the 3ds will definitely be worth it if you like nintendo games, there will be 3rd party games aswell but the main games on any nintendo system are the 1st party ones
since they're the games i like the most the 3ds is perfect for me, but i think the 3ds's library will be a lot closer to the psv's than the ds was to the psp
