yeah i got them all on my pc but its nice to have them all on one console playing through ur living room tv or where ever so u can get multiple controllers going and u arnt all hudled around a little monitor

Sony and Microsoft aren't going to make new systems for a LONG time. They just don't need to.

Maybe in 5-10 years they will, I honestly don't see a new console coming sooner than 5 years though.

There is absolutely no reason for anyone to release a new console in fewer than 5 years. With the amount of money a project like this costs, and with how much is currently invested in this generation, the companies would have to be suicidal to make one.

With the upcoming release of WiiU, there is no reason for Nintendo to make another one.

With the power and hardware in the PS3, not to mention the ability to freely update the software at any moment, there is no reason for Sony to take on the giant task and money sink of making something better.

Xbox 360 is also at a good spot, but this is the console I am better will be gone first.

microsoft already took in people or is still looking for 1 or 2 for a new mystery project.

the xboxs power is nearing its limits the more the years go on and devs getting more and more used to the hardware
new console leaked or announced next year
launching 2013 or 14 ill call it now

by that time the 360 will be seriously showing its age and 3d will be better developed its the next market to capture
even though i really think its dumb

just look at the jump from the ps2 to the ps3 from 2000 or 2001 to 2005 or 6 i think when they where launched
and technology is advancing much quicker than it was then

would expect at least 1 of the 2 to drop the ball on a new console next year
