As long as my financials and identity is safe(Including passwords and all that nonsense ofc), its cool.

It's not the same thing. They're claiming royalty-free ownership of any and everything you do with your 3DS. They can legally make the device record and send audio and pictures to them at any time if they feel like it. I'm not saying anything like that is going to happen, I'm just saying these are the most fucked up terms of service I've ever seen. Not to mention they can, without reason, remotely shut down your 3DS and make it unable to boot if you run any unauthorized software on it. The people making R4 cards are gonna have a tough time, lol.

e: also, nintendo updates your firmware automatically without asking, so if there ever is a working R4 card, it's most likely going to be phased out along with any 3DS that has booted it. Tough luck.

i dont mind emulation for older game, but emulating newer game kills the industry

rly cuz im glad i bought my 3ds.

i havent had a gameboy since Advance/Color so i'm happy with my purchase getting the newest one.

now i got SSF4 and pokemon white its a lot of fun.

and you can add jsp ppl with your friend code.

yea idc about all that privacy stuff, its just a new gameboy man, its for having fun.
