not no more it broken again i went to wii menu and it wont read the thingys again

Screw mod chiping it. Softmod it. I'm thinking of putting a guild in this forum on softmodding any wii. I have softmodded around 15 wiis.

I don't use mod chips. Sounds like your disk motor is bad btw. Getting a mod chip wont fix that. I recommend ordering a disk motor for your wii and replacing it then softmod it. How I know for sure if its a bad disk motor is when you put a disk in you dont get the spinning noise you always get when a game is trying to load.

So I got Super Mario Wii or whatever its called for my sons yesterday and they play the xbox mostly and hardly ever play the wii but when they put the game in and tried to play it wasn't able to read the disc. I have a cd/dvd cleaner but it wouldn't read it so someone told me to go get a Wii one as it may work better.

If that fails just checking if anyone knows how to fix it. Can't send it to Nintendo for many reasons.
