Rules are simple. Use any pokemon that is accepted in the battle frontier, and possibly no wobbufett/wyanut. No signature hold items (e.g. adamant orb, soul dew etc). I'll let you know if I missed something.

EVs, and the sets you plan to use, would work

Also, Suicune/Swampert/Vaporeon are arguable better bulky waters when compared to Lapras. Just a though ;p

Seems like a lot of people are familiar with the metagame, just hope there aren't any smogon elitists here.
Is this double or single?

If it's double, all the EV spreads and team options most people have given will not help you.
