Rapes, honestly.

First turn, substitute and keep using it until the opponent does something stupid like Growl. Once you get a sub out and waiting, spore them to put them to sleep(100% accuracy, ftw?), and focus punch the fuck out of them, sub/spore when needed.

If you know you're faster may be better to spore then sub. Poison heal will keep you healed(Toxic orb poisons you) and then you cant' be paralyzed(speed reduction), burned(attack reduction), or put to sleep(QQ influx).

Of course, that's just one example. For a 3 man team you'd want something to cover more types than just grass/fighting.
