Olimar is a high tier character. Toon link is like Link, what he gains in mobility and speed he sacrifices to Regular link in weight and attack strength. Wolf isn't as good as falco, but considerably better than Fox. Lucario can combo really well. PT is fun to use as a joke. I'm not sure what to think of Jigglypuff. They nerfed her beyond belief in this game.
Toon Link is a bit different than link, some of their attacks are a bit different. Down Air, Toon Link goes straight down, and fast, and spikes. Toon Links arrows aren't as fast, or as long. Toon Links Boomerang isn't a Gale. Wolf isn't actually better than Fox, he's lower on the tier list. Lucario can't "combo really well" he just has certain advantages over certain characters, PT is fun to use, period. And who cares if they nerfed Jiggz? She's still stupidly fun to play as.
