I like R4 because for some reason it feels more legit than the other flashcarts. (Even thought none of them is legit.)
Btw, are the other ones in english?

i love my acekard..havnt had one problem with it, easy to setup, its cheap, and supposibly there are like 0 fakes

I don't know about the rest, but I've had an M3 for a few months and so far it hasn't really had any trouble with any games and it supports SDHC which is pretty handy if you don't want to swap out SD cards just to find a certain game.
