I was always a fan of Feraligator and Swampert, I just found it efficient that my pokemon was water

Those two were my favorite starters of their gen, aswell. Especially Swampert. I just liked his versatility, able to use helpful HM's in battle well (and out of course), while also being sufficiently bulky.

I always picked a pokemon by how cool it looked, so therefor I've never picked any grass pokemons because they all look fugly, other than the legendarys like Celebi n shit
