Last Question:
If I EV train my pokemon and finish it at like level 70, can I then just use rare candies to level him up the rest of the way? Or would that affect something

Well when you have max stats at lvl 70 like 510 used or w/e i would assume using rare candies wouldnt give any Evs.. just lvls so i would assume it would work

Yeah. that's what im saying. If i use all 510 evs, and then just use rare candies to get to level 100, the rare candies wouldnt do anything negative, correct? Just save the leveling time

Yea it wouldn't reduce evs or anythig just +1
