Eh.. no way in hell is Garchomp an "underdog" if you were refering to it in that sense. It is a Uber tier pokemon (Smogon Tiers ofc), whereas Dragonite is simply OU.. If you wanted an underdog dragon pokemon use Altaria or something lol.

I don't think he'd want to use Specs for in-game, though. Maybe PvP.

Hmm I believe a belly drum charizard is still viable maybe, if you can set him up and all.

Well since belly drum maximizes your attack stat when you use it, it only makes sense to use Fire Punch since its a physical move whereas flamethrower is special.
