If you've gained EV's at level 100, all you have to do is put your pokemon in the PC and take them out, then the EV's will have taken effect. I'm not sure if it works in D/P/P, someone'll have to confirm.

Its not a glitch, you ev train a pokemon (lvl 100) put it in your pc box and it will increase your stats based on your ev training

Yeah, it's a glitch. Putting a pokemon in your PC shouldn't raise it's stats.

It's a fault in the system.
