will the dsi have any dsi exclusive games? is it better in any way except the camera.

Did you get the ds with r4 already in it or did you buy the chip and do it yourself?

sorry to ask all these questions but ye lolz

Bought my DS for Animal Crossing then found out about the R4 which i bought later on, the dsi might have some exclusive games but i cant see them being that great.

i EXTREMLY doubt they will have ds exclusivei games...the most they would do is have like a mini game where they can use a camera..but why would they purposly single out the 100 million people who have a ds ( i realize alot will upgrade to dsi but defintly not even 50%) so they would lose way to many customers

secondly if u get the r4 chip then there really isnt that much in the dsi that u dont get in the r4..r4 can play music and movies (dsi can only play music), with both u can get internet browser, only real big difference in the dsi is the built in cameras and the thing comes out april 5th so u mine as well just get that and it has a 0.5 inch bigger screen = / but a shorter battery life and no gba slot but when that comes out there will be a slight ds light price drop

DSi is not worth getting. If you gonna get a R4, you you might wanna avoid 4 and 8gb microsd because it does not support it, but there are other carts that does. I have 1GB cards and it hold about 8-16 games it really depends on what games you playing, the size of the roms range from 6mb to 128mb (32, 64, 128 being the most common), but that newest suikoden is like 256mb (the only game with this size). There are tons of sites to get roms, no need for torrents.

yes that's right. and about the dsi, there are going to be dsi only games. however, i don't feel that at this point it is worth getting a dsi in order to play them since they just use the camera for some fairly stupid things. majority of the games probably going to work on both. as for flash carts, there are very few that work on the dsi. 2gb is enough. if you really want, get two 2gb cards for separate things if you don't like switching. i'm using a 2gb one and i don't really have any problem transferring games between my comp and micro sd card.

also, there are newer and better ds flash carts available. the r4 is not being updated any more. i would do some research on that but the last one i recommended a friend was a cyclods.

you buy the r4 (or other flash cart) online.
