Hes definitely one of the best 1v1 but only on the ground. As soon as you get them of the level he only really has his meteor smash which only works if you only have a certain colour pikmin next in line. but still one of the best (after marth of course)

you need to practice for sure, just picking him up and playing will get you killed

He's relatively easy to edgeguard / hog against, but I have heard quite a number of good things about him.

Yea, hes good, everyone I know says he sucks... but his grabs are... HOLY CRAP powerful... ^^

oli is easy to use, and very good, but ive found out some problems w/ him that dont make him too good vs certain characters one on one. Oli has got his limits

Sure he's not bad, but he doesn't seem THAT good!
