I just got charged 3 times for ssb from the shop
I was wondering if anyone can tell me if I am able to get a refund?
I submitted a ticket to Nintendo so I was wondering if anyone can tell me their response time from personal experience.
I want to keep one of the purchases just would like my money back for the other 2 :/

e/ I did try calling the hotline but they are closed atm so I have to wait till the AM
Any quick response is appreciated. I'm getting furious as I had no extra money to spend other than on this game.

e2/ I can see on the ereciept it says funds added online will be non refunded. But surely they can do something about this right?
I want to keep on of the purchases just need the other 2 refunded I didn't mean to buy 3 of the same game..

makes me never to want to use eshop again.

Update for anyone curious or had this problem.
I got charged only once for the game and I have 2 pending transactions still for the game. The guy from Nintendo said I had only been charge once and the pending should revert back.
So if this happens to you don't freak out just make a call to confirm you were only charged once.
As for my submitted ticket on the Nintendo site I have still not received a reply from them so it seems calling is the best solution.
