Multiple sources are discussing this rumor but nothing has been confirmed. If they actually buy Atlus Persona fans are going to be pissed.

yup, we'll know on the 28th, that's when they're being sold by index corp through an auction alongside many companies owned by index

I certainly wouldn't mind. Atlus has made some great games.

the only problem i would see is the whole issue with persona being sony exclusive series
specially with the 5th entry already being made for ps3 last i heard, which began like 2 years ago

Are you sure Atlus isn't preparing to buy Nintendo?

They probably have a limited time contract to make games like that.

If they buy Atlus, they practically also buy the rights for the next games to be created.

oh the game is still being developed they throw out obvious hints on occassion, but don't really talk about the game much other than that

we should know who's buying them by the end of the month

I am more doubtful after every day that it will be Nintendo. Not that it matters to me since I never really liked an Atlus game but I would of loved to see the internet's reaction.
