megaman legend 3 has been canceled

yeah popcorn, the 3ds is totally worth it

the only good 3rd party game announced just got cancelled

also the reason why i was excited about the eshop (prototype) is now gone

man keiji inafune really was the man that kept the megaman series going

there has now been 2 megaman game cancelled since he left lol

wasnt too excited about megaman, but ya sux for fans of the serie

but it was far from the only good 3rd party imo lol just look at resident evil revelations, that game's gonna be awesome

never got into resident evil

but its from capcom, lets hope they dont cancel this too


megaman legends prolly was one of the big reason i bought the 3ds in the first place

they were saying they would release the beta on eshop @ launch (which they didnt do obviously)

and then they cancel it

i think the lack of games from nintendo comes from the fact that they wanted to give more space to third party devs.

but without the big N games the console hasnt sold as much as it shouldve and now the 3rd party developpers are losing interest int he 3ds

well megaman legends hasnt been cancelled because the 3ds didnt sell enough

3ds did sell very well, it just didnt sell as well as they were expecting (mostly due to having a bad game lineup @ launch along with the 250$ price tag)

i dont think 3rd party devs are losing interest in the 3ds, but i cant tell you why we dont have more game on it either


my guess is the 3d isnt really appealing, having to make an entire game in 3d prolly isnt the same as making one in 2d

nah its not very hard to make, my brother studied in 3d and the change between a game in stereoscopic 3d and regular 2d is the 3d one has 2 cameras pointing at the same thing

is that why nintendo said they will be making about 6 3d classic because its harder than it was supposed to be

tbh i really think its that, and having a good 3d effect can be hard, look at all those movie with horrible 3d lol, its prolly the same with games

anyway, noone really knows

only thing i know is that there is a lack of game on the 3ds, that is all
