I wouldn't do that. Anyone with Ice Beam would rape the hell out of you.... which most competetive blissey's actually have ice beam.

and the 3 best statted dragons in the game are all ubers and not allowed in competition

e. though there is a dragon that is ONLY a dragon (no secondary type) looks like has an axe for a face. his attack is GODLY but becuase his other stats are lower he isn't in the Uber tier.

With 1 swords dance and a choice scarf his dragon claw has a base attack of over 700
