When i turn on the game for the first time, go step into grass for the first time,

and the first Pokemon i encounter is a shiny, and you have no poke balls.

Its a 1/1000 Chance of finding one
the pokemon has a different color then normal

Pikachu has blue cheeks instead of red for exmaple

Find a shiny pokemon, but having it be completely useless...i.e. my shiny meowth -.-
