I recently found out my psp got stolen now I need to purchase a new handheld

Which should I get and whats your reason for coming to that decision?

i had a psp but i lost it... lol.
After i lost it i decided to buy a DS since i hardly ever played the psp anyway. I still use my ds daily... and 2 amazing games are coming out soon so now is the time imo.

if you actually use your PSP for music/video and stuff, then go with another PSP.


if its just for gaming, go for the DS.

i got both and both are modded and i must say ds

there are so many GFG games for ds and i love it
plus takes up too much room to put games on my psp where as i can fit like every ds game on one memory stick

PSP. I have like millions of games from all the old consoles and GBA on my PSP. And soon a working DS emulator will be out for PSP. Why get DS when you can play all of the games on your PSP.

really doubt u will get a ds emu on psp

its widescreen and its has no touch screen or a second analog for that matter to control two parts..dont hold ur breath

but i will agree, i love having all my favourite snes,nes,gba,etc. (classic games) on my psp..even tho some run pretty slow if there is too much on screen

Tough choice. I love my psp and ds.

For straight up games I'd go with ds hands down.

If you mod your psp then go with the psp.

Still hard decision though.

i say ds but never owned psp and never wanted one either (don't really like sony systems anymore+not really any games that interest me anyway)
but there are also some pretty good games for ds
