If you've already beaten the Elite Four, give it an Exp. Share and then keep defeating them with a high level Pokemon. If not, it depends where you are.

57-58 where ever the heck i feel like going. i beat the elite four a while ago. and id rather not do it the exp share way. takes too long. but i will if i must

There are some pokemon centers with people in them by the counter looking for battles.
And their lvls are really close to yours, I battled a dude with a 54 Kirketune or w.e

Just go through all the pokemon centers and talk to the people by the counter (if there is one)
btw u can battle them once/day


And I go to the Cafe by Lake Valor, It's a cool place also.
