I keep seeing posts about EV training your pokemon. What is it, how do you do it, and how long does it take? If someone has a complete guide on this, i'd really appreciate it!

I don't get it... Do you get EV up every kill you make? Or every level? And how can you check how many evs your pokemon has?

Ok im new at this also so ill try to help :)
When you lvl you get EVs as you know.. HP Atk Def SpA SpD and Speed
4 Evs= +1 stat..
Bidoofs any lvl give 1+HP Evs so say you kill 4xBidoofs you get 1+HP
Kill 100Bidoofs and you get 25+HP

Say you want speed..
Kill starlys for 1+Speed EVs... Same thing as any other stat.. and you get the EVs after each level.

So as I level, if I killed 100 bidoofs to get a level, I'd go up 25 health from one level up?

Yep so if you are lvl like 40 it would take 100s of kills to lvl anyways so its good ;)

So I can max out evs in one level if I wanted? Just keep killing low level things?
And how do I know when I max out my EVs?

bucz ull have 255 in something.. you get 510 evs spread threw w/e build you want

w/e. I think I kind of get it. I'll beat the game again since I just got it on my r4, then I'll figure it all out
