can get one for you on sapphire then trade over if you want. might take a while though, need to beat elite 4 on sapphire.

Currently looking for the lowest level that raywuayza actually appears at...i never had the opportunity to play pokemon RSE, so thats mainly what im looking for

I have a level 70 Whit the basic attacks... level 70 is the normal found level.
