so if i wanna go on the internet with my wii. do i have to buy that plug in thing? just got wii for x-mas so dont know much about it. whats the plug called again? isnt it somthing like broadband or usb? i thinking its a usb plug-in. plz tell me thx

if u have wifi for the internet already in ur house u dont need the usb thingbut if u dont u can get this thing at the store and it works for ur DS and Wii its called like nintendo usb connector than u put the cd in ur computer DL the program and stick the thing in ur usb plug in than u allow the user (ur ds or ur wii) to use the internet

When you use the nintendo usb connector, all you need to do is install the cd, then plug in the thing. After that just connect to wifi in game.

naa dont u have to go to wii settings than go to internet that go to connections than make new connection than click nintendo usb thing than click use this connection...

If you use the usb connector then there is no need to set those up. The wifi setting is for routers and wifi hotspots.

no u can set it up to because at my dads he got wifi and at my moms i sue that adn i needed to set it up first

What I'm saying is that you don't need to worry about the setting if you are using the nintendo usb, because once you install the disc and plug it in it will pick up connection signals from Wii/DS when you try to connect on wifi.
