What level do you have to be to pick up max leveled weapons?

Any level, but you need to make your own +10 somber or +25 smithing weapon on your own before you can see them on the ground. Look up a youtube guide on making a fast +10 somber weapon and you can pick up everything

Your prices are also insane considering how easy it is to dupe in this game. You’re charging thousands to upload/download saves on your console LOL

Yes, but I'm also up front with how it's done and will tell people how they can dupe their own runes if they're trying to buy more than a stack of them. I'm just trying to charge less than what people are willing to pay. But thanks for the input.
