if you're new why would you buy power level, it really takes the fun out of the game, these kind of services should exclusively be for people who want to test pvp characters but dont want to spend 50 hours grinding
this game is in my opinion the best game that was released in the last 5 years and im enjoying the hell out of it. pls dont ruin your experience, trust me.
