I just found an unscratched PS Plus 3 month card and the PS remote that I lost a good 3 years ago lol. Do these cards expire? I don't even have a Playstation right now, so have no use for it. Don't want to try selling it on the donor forum or something and find out it's expired...

No, I highly doubt that they expire.
With that being said, you can try it out yourself. Go to redeem code and enter the code. When it verifies the code it will ask to confirm or cancel. Just cancel and make sure to cancel. If you get that far then the code still works. If code was faulty, it would have said that before it would ask you to confirm use or not.
