Trying to get ready for Forsaken

Everyone will be given a consumable that will boost you to be level-ready for forsaken at launch. Like the "spark of light" in D1.

It will basically put you to the current max level (35 if i remember correctly), and auto-complete the year 1 campaign. You only get 1 per account.
