Ive heard nothing but good thing about this, but i dont understand how the mixamp work does it come with the kit or it must be bought apart.

I got the turtle beach elite tournament edition. Your Xbox one controller has the small audio jack correct? Only the old controllers do not have it.

Yep. You'll need an adapter for the Xbox -> Astros. They'll plug directly into the PS4.
