is there any way to get beta code without a pre order?

i am thinking about trading in cod iw and maybe get this cod

iw is so bad, i only got it for cod 4 remaster, which i can always borrow from my brother

make a hong kong psn account and download it for free

Got beta through Comcast lol and I had already cancelled my service.
