And before people say it's legal to sell steam games why not here because steam allows you to ACTUALLY hard trade the copy of the game their their trading system so you can physically receive the digital game and their is a history on the steam page so scamming is near impossible. While giving "codes" or gifts is extremely easy to scan and hard to trace if someone has actually been scammed since it's almost impossible to prove that a code you received was a fake code so it's banned

One doesn't typically sell someone a gift, now do they?
they just..you know, give it to them!

Actually it is really easy if there is a mediator. Give code to mediator, mediator enters code IN BROWSER ON PC. If you do that it does you what the code is for and if it is still redeemable. Don't hit redeem and mediator can give it to buyer.
